Arcline Completes Acquisition of AstroNova
The private investment firm's take-private acquisition of the aerospace and product identification company closes after shareholder approval.
WEST WARWICK, R.I., Aug. 27, 2026. Arcline Investment Management, a private investment firm, completed its previously announced take-private acquisition of AstroNova, Inc., a provider of mission-critical identification and marking solutions across the aerospace and defense and labeling and packaging industries. The transaction was previously announced on June 17, 2026, and was approved by AstroNova shareholders at a special meeting held on August 25, 2026.
Founded in 1969, AstroNova's Aerospace segment provides avionics technologies such as ruggedized flight-deck printers and network switches, while its Product Identification segment provides digital printing hardware, software, and consumables for manufacturers in regulated end markets.
