GHK Capital-Backed WSB Announces Acquisition of Foresight Planning & Engineering Services
The Minneapolis-based design and consulting firm adds an Austin, Texas-based planning and engineering consultancy focused on transportation and public infrastructure projects.
MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 27, 2026. WSB LLC, a GHK Capital Partners-backed design and consulting firm, announced the acquisition of Foresight Planning & Engineering Services, LLC, a well-established Austin, Texas-based consulting firm specializing in planning and communications, geotechnical and structural engineering, scheduling and project controls, and program and risk management for transportation and other public infrastructure projects.
WSB is one of the nation's fastest-growing design and consulting firms, and the Foresight acquisition extends its infrastructure planning and engineering capabilities into the Texas market. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
