NEW YORK, Aug. 19, 2026. Turnspire Capital Partners has acquired Hulcher Services, Inc., a provider of rail infrastructure maintenance and field services across North America. The acquisition was supported by a $60 million asset-based lending facility from Hilco Global Capital Solutions.

Hulcher, founded in 1966 and headquartered in Denton, Texas, operates 28 service centers across the United States and Mexico, serving all six North American Class I railroads along with short-line and passenger operators. The company employs approximately 480 trained and certified staff and maintains a specialized fleet of more than 3,000 pieces of equipment, providing track building and maintenance, locomotive and railcar repair, derailment recovery, facility management, and environmental services.

"Rail is critical to the industrial economy," said Abel Osorio, Managing Partner at Turnspire, describing Hulcher as essential and deeply embedded with its customers across North America's rail network. Principal Adhiv Nathan pointed to the company's operational depth and customer relationships as the foundation for further expansion.

Turnspire said it plans to expand Hulcher's equipment fleet, grow its infrastructure services, and strengthen commercial programs. BMO Capital Markets served as financial advisor and Winston Taylor LLP served as legal counsel to Turnspire, while Intrepid Investment Bankers advised Hulcher.
