Littlejohn & Co. Promotes Brian Michaud to Managing Partner
Littlejohn & Co. elevated 20-year veteran Brian Michaud to Managing Partner as founder Michael Klein moves to Chairman and Brian Ramsay becomes Vice Chairman.
GREENWICH, Conn., July 20, 2026. Littlejohn & Co., LLC ("Littlejohn"), a private investment firm, today announced the promotion of Brian Michaud to Managing Partner. Mr. Michaud, together with Managing Partners Antonio (Tony) Miranda and Steven Raich, and Chief Operating Officer, Shant Mardirossian, will be responsible for the management of the firm.

As part of the planned evolution of Littlejohn's leadership, Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer, Michael Klein, has been named Chairman, and Managing Partner and President, Brian Ramsay, has been named Vice Chairman. In their new roles, Mr. Klein and Mr. Ramsay remain fully committed to the firm and will support the Managing Partners.
Since co-founding Littlejohn, Mr. Klein has been instrumental in shaping its identity, values, and investment approach. Mr. Ramsay, who joined the firm in 1997, has been equally central to Littlejohn's development.
