MINNEAPOLIS, August 11, 2026. Truehelm, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, today announced the promotion of Donnacha O'Sullivan to Partner.

O'Sullivan joined Truehelm in 2017 and has served as a senior member of the firm's investment team, sourcing and leading investments in high-growth healthcare tech-enabled services and healthcare information technology companies.

Donnacha has more than 17 years of healthcare investing and investment banking experience. At Truehelm, he has worked closely with management teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives and has served on the boards of InHome Therapy and Actium, which became Syllable. He also led Truehelm's investment in MediStreams, which the firm recently sold to a sponsor-backed strategic.

Prior to joining Truehelm, Donnacha was a healthcare investor at Baird Capital and previously worked as a healthcare investment banker at Piper Sandler. He earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, both with high honors.
