Motive Partners Appoints Jennifer Nason as Industry Partner

NEW YORK, July 22, 2026. Motive Partners, a specialist private investment firm focused on financial technology and technology-enabled business services, today announced that Jennifer Nason has joined the firm as an Industry Partner.

Nason is one of the most experienced executives in global finance, bringing more than four decades of experience advising leading corporations, boards, and governments on corporate finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic transformation.

As an Industry Partner, Nason will work closely with Motive's investment and portfolio company leadership teams, advising on growth strategy, corporate development, capital markets, governance, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Nason joins Motive following a distinguished career at J.P. Morgan, where she spent nearly 40 years and most recently served as Global Chair of Investment Banking. She also founded J.P. Morgan's first IT Business Development Group.
